Appointments
We pride ourselves on the attention we give to each patient. Your appointment time is reserved for you and designated for your treatment. It is important that appointments agreed upon are kept.

If you need to change your appointment, please call us 48 hours prior to your scheduled time to reschedule. This will enable another patient to receive necessary care. Time is valuable - TO ALL OF US!

Insurance and Billing
Our practice accepts insurance from most carriers, however dental benefits vary greatly. Our staff will assist you in maximizing the value of your insurance.

Your contract with the insurance company is between you and your employer, however, you are responsible for deductibles and payments not covered by your carrier.

Please understand that the dental professionals at Amazing Smiles recommend treatment based on your health needs, not your insurance coverage. Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost.
