Dr. Kimberly Chubb, born in Macon, Georgia, traveled to Knoxville College to pursue
her Bachelor’s degree. Dr. Chubb was an active member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha
sorority and received her B.S. in 1991. She continued her post-graduate studies at
Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia and received her DMD degree in 1997. After receiving this degree, Dr. Chubb enlisted to serve in the U.S. Navy and was commissioned as a Naval Dental Officer, serving for the next eight years and attaining the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Dr. Chubb served for eight years and, throughout that time, had the opportunity to hone her dental skills in various areas with other accomplished dentists.
