As the Office Manager, Markeshia has been the friendly face behind Amazing Smiles Family Dentistry since 2016. She earned her degree from the University of West Georgia and completed advanced training with MGE Management Experts. Markeshia loves helping others smile and works tirelessly behind the scenes to keep the office running smoothly. From coordinating treatments and schedules to supporting both patients and staff, she’s always looking for ways to improve the practice. Outside of work, she dedicates her time to missionary work for her church and volunteering with Community Kidz and Project 21, making a positive impact in her community. At home, she enjoys crafting, photography, and customizing clothes and Crocs while spending time with her husband and three kids.

Kalen brings compassion and dedication to her role as Front Office Coordinator at Amazing Smiles Family Dentistry, joining the team in 2024. Trained at West Georgia Technical College with advanced dental assisting certification, she has been in the dental field since 2020. Her responsibilities include managing incoming calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, checking voicemails, and warmly greeting patients. Kalen is passionate about helping others and personal growth. Outside the office, she enjoys walks, watching movies, and spending time with her husband and family. She loves trying new recipes, babysitting, and listening to music. Her go-to restaurant is Cava, where she appreciates the healthy, varied menu options.
Jennifer has been a dedicated dental professional since 2020, joining Amazing Smiles Family Dentistry in 2021. Trained at Georgia State University Perimeter College, she is passionate about helping patients put their best face forward. A “tooth fairy,” as she likes to call herself, patient care is the name of the game for Jennifer. She helps patients keep their smiles shining bright. She also takes pride in educating patients about maintaining healthy smiles and consistently pursues continuing education. Part of a practice of capable women who support each other, Jennifer brings a caring and nurturing approach to her work. Outside the office, she cherishes family time, enjoying golf cart rides and competitive Uno nights with her husband and four children. Her guilty pleasure? Candy and soda – a sweet secret she playfully shares.
Michelle has been a dental professional since 2000, becoming a certified dental hygienist in 2004. Trained at Columbus Technical College, she rejoined Amazing Smiles Family Dentistry in September 2024 after previously working at the practice. Passionate about dental health, Michelle loves transforming patients’ smiles and helping improve their overall well-being. With advanced training as an OSHA coordinator and sedation coordinator, she provides comprehensive dental cleanings and patient care. Her professional approach focuses on establishing trust and creating meaningful connections with patients of all ages. Outside the office, Michelle enjoys family activities, baseball games with her children, and trips to Jamaica with her husband.
Olivia has been a Lead Dental Assistant at Amazing Smiles Family Dentistry since 2023, bringing years of dental experience that go back to 2009. Trained at West Georgia with advanced certification in expanded duties, provisional crowns and bridges, dental lab work, and prosthetic fabrication, she assists Dr. Chubb during treatments and keeps many of the behind-the-scenes details running smoothly. One of Olivia’s favorite parts of the job is caring for veterans. She knows many have sacrificed their dental health alongside so much else, and walking with them through comprehensive treatment — then seeing the excitement and confidence in their finished smile — is one of her most meaningful chairside experiences. Outside the office, Olivia enjoys community work through her church, time with her husband and two children, upcycling furniture, shopping, the outdoors, and absolutely anything Christmas.
Ny’Ima is a Dental Assistant at Amazing Smiles Family Dentistry, where she has been helping patients feel confident in their smiles since 2022. Her passion for dentistry began in high school through a class at Socorro High School, where she discovered her love for the dental field and helping others. Ny’Ima enjoys being part of a team that creates a welcoming and personalized experience for every patient. Her role includes assisting Dr. Chubb during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing equipment, taking X-rays, scheduling appointments, and educating patients on postoperative care. Outside of work, Ny’Ima spends time with her family and fur baby, loves shopping, and enjoys photography. She’s constantly learning new skills, from dancing and painting to crocheting, candle-making, and scrapbooking.
Alanna joined Amazing Smiles Family Dentistry as Treatment Coordinator in summer 2025, bringing dental experience that began in 2021. Her specialty is connecting with patients beyond the dental conversation — laughing, listening, and offering a sympathetic ear from the first appointment through the last. She loves being a cheerleader for her patients as they move through treatment, helping them feel supported and at ease every step of the way. Outside the office, Alanna is usually running with her cockapoo, deep in a book, catching a movie, eating with family, or dancing (salsa, anyone?). Trilingual in English, Portuguese, and Cape Verdean Kreole, she’s lived nearly a year in both Brazil and Cape Verde. Most meaningful to Alanna is her volunteer work as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses — for 13 years, she’s dedicated more than 50 hours each month to free, personalized home Bible studies. She says she wouldn’t be herself without it.
Keanna is the Insurance Coordinator at Amazing Smiles Family Dentistry and has been part of the team since 2020. She began her dental career in 2007 after earning her Dental Assistant diploma from West Georgia Technical College and later received her Associate’s Degree in Human Services from the University of Phoenix. Keanna chose this path to help others understand the importance of dental health and how it connects to overall wellness. At the office, she works closely with insurance companies to provide patients with accurate benefit details, processes claims, and helps manage insurance relationships. Outside of work, Keanna enjoys reading (over 10 books a month!) and traveling. She’s passionate about helping those in need, volunteering in her community, and cherishes time with her daughter and two granddaughters.
